Introduction

PieSync integration keeps your contact data synchronized between Vtiger and your other favorite cloud apps.
Vtiger’s PieSync integration keeps your contact data synchronized between Vtiger and your other favorite cloud apps. It does this automatically, and in real-time, saving your valuable time and helping you get the most out of your data.

How do I create a connection in PieSync?

  1. Login to piesync.com
  2. To set up a connection between Vtiger CRM and any other cloud application say Quickbooks, select Vtiger and Quickbooks app

  3. Authorize both the accounts to create your sync. To learn how to authorize Vtiger, scroll bottom of the page.

  4. After successful authentication, configure your connections by choosing the sync direction

  5. Click on Add another rule to add multiple rules.

  6. PieSync provides default field mapping which is not editable. You can also add custom fields for mapping
  7. Next, click on Start Syncing Now button.
  8. Your records starts syncing and you can view the reports in Dashboard

  9. You can also pause/resume the sync process if required.

Authorize Vtiger

To authorize Vtiger, you need to login to Vtiger instance:

  1. Domain: Enter the vtiger instance domain address. For example https://grasspods-doc.od2.vtiger.com/index.php
  2. Username: Enter the Vtiger username found in My Preferences page
  3. Access Key: Copy the access key from My Preferences > User Advanced Options of Vtiger instance

  4. Click Next.
