These courses cover various aspects of Vtiger CRM, like modules, apps, and features. They typically include comprehensive learning videos and assessments. Vtiger Academy offers certification programs for CRM users who want to learn how to use Vtiger CRM.

You can log in to the Academy via Vtiger CRM (for Vtiger CRM users) or www.academy.vtiger.com (for the general public) to access these courses.

Key Terminology

Signing up for Vtiger Academy

If you are a new user, you need to sign up and create your Vtiger Academy credentials.
 

Follow the steps below to sign up for Vtiger Academy:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Click Sign Up. The Sign-up page opens.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Send me the link. Vtiger will send you a login link.
5. Go to the Inbox of the email ID you entered. 
6. Check for a message from [email protected] containing the login link.
7. Click the link in the email. The Sign-up page opens again
8. Set a new password and confirm it by re-entering the password.
9. Click Sign Up.

Now, you will land on the Academy home page. Save your email ID and your password to log in to the Academy in the future.

Logging in to Vtiger Academy

Follow the steps below to log in to the Academy:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Click Login in the top-right corner of the page.

3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Click Login to access your account. The Academy home page opens.

Searching for Learning Content

You can search Vtiger Academy to find content related to a specific topic quickly.
Follow the steps below to search for content:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Enter a keyword in the search bar.
3. Review the search results.
4. Select the relevant course, concept, or feature video.

For example, search for Emails to find learning content related to workflows.

Starting a Course

Follow the steps below to start a course:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Open the course you want to take.
3. Review the course details and lessons.
4. Click Start.
5. Complete the lessons in the recommended order. Your progress is recorded as you complete the course.

Note: The available lessons, assessments, and completion requirements can vary by course.

Resuming a Course

You can pause a course and return to it later. You do not have to complete a course in one session. Follow the steps below to continue a course:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Go to your learning or enrolled course.
3. Click Continue.

You can continue learning from where you left off.

Taking a Quiz

Some courses include quizzes to help you check your understanding. Follow the steps below to take a quiz:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Complete the required lessons.
3. Go to the Quiz tab.
4. Click Start Quiz. The questionnaire opens.
5. Read each question and select an answer.
6. Submit the quiz.
7. Review your result.

If quiz retakes are available, review the relevant lessons and retake the quiz.

Earning a Certificate

Some courses include certification requirements. You can earn a certificate after completing the required lessons and assessments.
Follow the steps below to access your certificate:

1. Go to academy.vtiger.com.
2. Open the completed course.
3. Go to the Quiz tab.
4. View the certificate available.
5. Click Download. The certificate is downloaded to your local system.

Note: Certificates are available only for courses that include certification.

Tracking Your Learning Progress

Vtiger Academy helps you keep track of your learning activities. Depending on your Academy experience, you can view information such as:

• Courses in progress
• Completed courses
• Recent learning activity
• Certificates earned

Use your progress information to continue unfinished courses or discover what to learn next.
