An employee can create a ticket directly in Vtiger CRM or submit via email.
When submitted via email, if the primary email address of the employee matches with the employee record in Vtiger CRM, an internal ticket record is created and linked to the respective employee provided Mailroom
rules are configured.
To create an Internal Ticket directly in Vtiger, please follow the below steps
and select Internal Ticket
module from Support App
2. Click on Add Internal Ticket
3. Enter the Summary of the issue, title, employee name and other necessary details
4. Click Save
, to save the record and link to the respective employee record
