What are Assets?

Assets are tangible or intangible resources that are rendered to your customers.
They can be a product or a service.
When products are shipped to customers, information on individual product items like - Product Number, Serial Number, Date Sold, Organization Name, etc., are stored in Vtiger CRM as Asset records.
