You need to have a subscription with Olark and then integrate with Vtiger from the Settings section of Vtiger.
Please follow the below steps to integrate with your Olark account.
1. Click on Menu icon and click Settings.
2. Select Olark under Support
3. Copy the callback URL present in the Olark Settings
4. Login to your Olark account, click Settings > Integrations tab
5. Paste the copied Callback URL from Vtiger into Webhooks.
6. Goto Menu> Conversations> Olark module, you will find all the chat transcript here after configuration.
