Vtiger CRM is a highly customizable platform. There are over 50 things you can customize in Vtiger. You can configure custom fields, roles, profiles, workflow rules, approval rules, assignment rules, business hours, Email settings, user groups, authentication methods, picklist values, phone settings, SMS settings, field labels, currencies, taxes, and much more. To view the customization options, please open the Settings page by logging in as administrator. At the user level, users can personalize the main menu, currency formats, date format, & more. Users can click on Settings to access these values.
