How can I configure user Business Hours?

Configuring User Business Hours
Follow these steps to set up user business hours:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the User Menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Look for the My Preferences section.
  5. Select My Preferences.
  6. Go to the User business hours block.
  7. Click the Edit icon beside the business hour name.
  8. Select the business hours from the drop-down.

The new business hours are now applied to the user.
