How can I send an email notification to the user when they sign a quote signed using Docusign?

Follow these steps to set email notification to the user when a Quote or Document is signed from DocuSign:

  1. Click the User Menu icon on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Workflows under Automation.
  4. Click +New Workflow.
  5. Select Esign Documents from Target Module.
  6. Click Esign Document updated (Includes Creation) radio button in Trigger workflow on section.
  7. Add an All Condition under Entry Criteria,
    • Status is signed 
    • Recipient Email is youremail@youremailid.com.
  8. Click Send Mail from Add Action under Actions.
  9. Create an Email Template.
  10. Click Save.
