Yes, Help Desk Insights provides an option to view the historical metrics filtered by time. The filters that you set are applied to all the charts/metrics. You can view today’s metrics, last month’s metrics, etc. depending on what option you select.
Follow these steps to use the filter:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to the Dashboard tab.
- Select Help Desk Insights under Dashboards.
- Click the date range shown on the top right side of the page.
- Select an option.
- Click the Apply button.
- Note: You can also filter the charts by Day, Week, or Month.
- Click the button on the top right corner of the page to do so.
