Yes, you can see different metrics by using filters in
Internal Ticket Insights > Historical Metrics.
Follow these steps to view the previous week's metrics:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to the Dashboard tab.
- Select Internal Ticket Insights under Dashboards.
- Click the Historical Metrics tab.
- Click the date range shown on the top right side of the page.
- Select the Last 7 days option.
- Click the Apply button.
