Can I see the previous week's metrics in Internal Ticket Insights?

Yes, you can see different metrics by using filters in Internal Ticket Insights > Historical Metrics.
Follow these steps to view the previous week's metrics:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to the Dashboard tab.
  3. Select Internal Ticket Insights under Dashboards.
  4. Click the Historical Metrics tab.
  5. Click the date range shown on the top right side of the page.
  6. Select the Last 7 days option.
  7. Click the Apply button.
