Why can't I see the Leads Conversion Data Mapping setting in the CRM?

You are facing this minor error because you have not enabled the Leads module in your CRM. The Leads module is disabled by default; you must enable it manually.
Follow these steps to enable the Leads module:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the User Menu icon.
  3. Click the Settings button.
  4. Look for the Module Management section.
  5. Select Modules.
  6. Search for Leads module.
  7. Enable the checkbox.
  8. Go back to the Settings Homepage.
  9. Refresh the page.
You will now see the Lead Conversion Data Mapping settings under Marketing & Sales section.
