How can I sync records between Office 365 sync and Vtiger CRM?

Follow these steps to sync your records from the Contacts module in the CRM:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Select Contacts.
  5. In the List View, click Sync on the top right.
  6. Click Sync Log next to Office365 and Settings.
  7. Click Sync Now on the top right.
