Follow these steps to map users:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Go to Extensions.
- Click Extensions Store.
- Click on Exchange Connector.
- Click the +Add User Mapping button to initiate mapping.
- Click the drop-down to select the users.
- Click the Add button.
