How do I create a meeting (event) with Webex Meetings as an option in the CRM?

You can create a meeting (event) in the CRM by selecting the Activity Type as Webex Meeting.

For example, consider the Contacts module.
Follow these steps to create a meeting with Webex Meetings from the Contacts module:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Select Contacts.
  5. Open any contact record.
  6. Click the More icon on the top right corner of the record.
  7. Select the Schedule Conference option in the dropdown.
  8. Enter or select the following information:
    1. Event Name
    2. Activity Type - Webex Meeting
    3. Start Date
    4. Start Time
    5. Duration
  9. Click Add.
  10. Click Send to send the invite to the contact.
The meeting record will be created as event record in the Events module. You can view the details by clicking this record from Events > List View.
