How to Add Confetti to your Announcements?

Follow these steps to add confetti to your announcements:

  1. Log in to your CRM account
  2. Click the Menu icon
  3. Click on the desired Module. For example, consider the Task module.
  4. Click the Confetti icon visible at the top right corner of the screen
  5. Click the Confetti Settings to display the Celebrate Success window
  6. Click the Add button to add confetti to the desired module
  7. In the Add pop-up window, add the following information:
    1. Select Module: Select the module you want to add Confetti. For example, consider the Task module.
    2. Select Field: Select the field you want to add Confetti.
    3. Select Value: Select the value you want to add Confetti.

You have now added Confetti to the desired (for example, Task) module. 

 

Note: Only those fields that have been set up by the Admins will be visible in this window.

Let us understand the process of adding Confetti settings for the Task module.

 

Follow these steps to add confetti to the Tasks module.

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main menu.
  3. Click on the Tasks module.
  4. Click the Confetti Settings icon.
  5. Click Confetti Settings to display the Celebrate Success window.
 



 
  1. Click the Add button to add confetti to the Tasks module.

  1. In the Add pop-up window, choose the following, Select Module, Select Filed, and Select Value. 

You have now added Confetti to the Tasks module with the condition that Confetti needs to be displayed whenever an employee changes the Task stage to ‘Completed’.  

 
  1. Click Save
 

The Confetti shower appears immediately once the employee changes the Task by the name ‘Credits’ Stage from In Progress, Pending, etc., to Completed.
