How do I disable WhatsApp integration with Clickatell?

Admin users can disable WhatsApp Integration with Clickatell in Vtiger CRM by disabling the Clickatell extension.

Follow these steps to disable the Clickatell feature:

1. Log in to your CRM account.
2. Click the User Menu.
3. Click Settings.
4. Look for Module Management.
5. Click Modules.
6. Uncheck WhatsApp by Clickatell extension.
7. Once you uncheck WhatsApp by Clickatell extension, the system displays a success message - Clickatell WhatsApp Module Disabled. 

Once you disable the Clickatell extension, the Clickatell option won’t be visible in the CRM anymore.
