You can set up the Vtiger Templates App for both the Web browser and Desktop versions of the CRM.

Follow the below steps to install Vtiger Template App in Power BI and generate insights:

Follow the below steps to install Vtiger Template App in Power BI and generate insights:
- Open your Power BI account.
- Click on Get Data.
- Click on Services under Discover content.
- Search for Vtiger in the AppSource.
- Click on Vtiger Sales Manager Analytics (Preview).
- Click on GET IT NOW to install.
- Click Install.
- Enter your Vtiger instance URL. E.g., https://grasspods-doc.od2.vtiger.com/restapi/V1/OData/Pull/odata.svc/Entity.
- Select Authentication Method = Basic.
- Enter your Username and Access Key as Password.
- Now, view the Sales Insights.
- Open your Power BI desktop app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on Get Data under the Home tab and select Power BI datasets.
- Click on Vtiger Sales Manager - Ver 2.0 and Load.
- Click on the relevant fields to see the reports.
