How do I use Vtiger Buzz?

You first need to install the Buzz extension. On installation, the Buzz icon will be available on your browser. Clicking the Buzz icon will display your notifications.

Follow these steps to install the Vtiger extension:

Log in to the CRM.
Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
Look for Extensions.
Click on Vtiger Buzz. You will be redirected to the Chrome Webstore.
Click on Add to Chrome.

The system will display a success message. After installation, you will b able to see the Vtiger Buzz icon on the Chrome toolbar.

Follow these steps to view notifications:

Open your browser.
Click on the Vtiger Buzz icon.
Enter your credentials and log in to your Vtiger account.

The system will display email alerts, @mentions, and smart alerts on the screen.
