How do I attach a PDF file to an Email Campaign?

We can attach a PDF file to an email campaign in Vtiger CRM by following these steps: 
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Marketing > Email Campaigns. The Email Campaigns page opens.
  4. Click +New Email Campaign.
  5. Enter or select the following information:
    1. Specify the Recipient.
    2. Provide Sender Information.
    3. Choose or create the Email Content.
      1. In the template editor, click Insert Link.
      2. Choose Vtiger Document or Upload and Insert..
      3. Select the file. 
The file will be added as a clickable link in the template.
