Follow these steps to capture a signature:
In this example, we will capture a signature for a QB PurchaseOrder in Purchase Orders. For this, you should have added the signature field to the Purchase Orders module. The signature canvas will be available in the QB PurchaseOrder Record Details View. You can follow the same steps to capture a signature in other modules.
Follow these steps to capture a signature:
- Log in to your Vtiger CRM account.
- Go to the Purchase Orders module.
- Select and click the QB PurchaseOrder record to open its Summary View.
- Click Details. The Details View opens.
- Search for sign in the Search Bar. You will find the Add Signature button.
- Click Add Signature. The Canvas for signing opens.
- Ask the customer or client to sign in the Canvas area using the mouse or touch screen.
- Click Save.
