Why is same module appearing twice in related records section?

Vtiger allows administrators to add multiple relationships between the same 2 modules. For example, while there is a Contact to Contact relationship (for Reports To), a new relationship could be added to capture another relationship between Contacts.  In such cases, the same module might appear multiple times under related modules section.
