While I upgrade the plans, will I be billed for both the editions and will I lose any functionality?
Following are the changes happens to your edition on upgrading the plan:
Will I be billed for both editions? ( in the case of monthly customers)
No, you will not be billed for both editions. Once the upgrade is complete, billing for the previous edition will stop, and you will only be charged for the upgraded edition from the next billing cycle.
Will I be billed for both editions? ( in the case of Annual customers)
If a customer paid for a lower edition annual payment and wanted to upgrade after 3 or 4 months, then they have to drop an email to [email protected] and our team will raise a new invoice for the remaining months - the difference amount
Will I lose any functionality during the upgrade?
Based on edition change, functionality differs.
