How to I make my custom field display while converting a lead to a deal?
Please follow the below steps to get the custom field during Lead Conversion:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Go to the Module Layouts and Fields under the Module Management tab.
- Select Deals module.
- Click +Add Field.
- Mark the field Mandatory to make it appear during the Lead Conversion.
Note: - Mandatory fields appear during the Lead Conversion.
- You can not disable a few mandatory fields such as Last Name, Assigned To, etc.
- You can not mark all types of field as mandatory.
