Follow the steps below to add a value in the global picklist:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to main Menu.
- Click Settings. The settings page opens.
- Go to Configuration > Global Picklists.
- Click + Add Value.
- Enter or select the following details in the pop-up that comes:
- Item Value: Enter the text label you want to add to the picklist.
- Color: Select the background color that will visually represent the picklist value.
- Click Save.
The newly added value will be available for the linked picklist.
