How do I add a value in the Global Picklist?

Follow the steps below to add a value in the global picklist:

1. Log in to the CRM.
2. Go to main Menu.
3. Click Settings. The settings page opens.
4. Go to Configuration > Global Picklists. 
5. Click + Add Value. 
6. Enter or select the following details in the pop-up that comes:
   1. Item Value: Enter the text label you want to add to the picklist.
   2. Color: Select the background color that will visually represent the picklist value.
7. Click Save.

The newly added value will be available for the linked picklist.
