If the Export option is not visible, it may be because the Export permission is disabled for your profile.
Follow these steps to enable the export permission:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click the User Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Click User Management > Profiles. The Profiles page opens.
- Select the profile of the respective user.
- Scroll to the respective module (for example, Leads, Contacts, or any other).
- Look for the Tools > Export permission.
- Enable the checkbox for Export.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, the Export option will appear in the module.
