How do I add custom titles to a contact record?
Follow these steps to add custom title to a contact record:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the User Profile icon on the right side of the screen.
- Select Settings. The Settings page opens.
- Navigate to Module Management > Module Layouts & Fields.
- From the module drop-down, select Contacts (the module to which you want to add the custom title).
- In the Detail View Layout, click the Edit icon next to Title (Picklist). The Edit Field Properties window opens.
- Enter or select the following information:
- Field Type: Choose the desired field type.
- Label Name: Enter the label name.
- Picklist Type: Select the appropriate picklist type.
- Default Value: Choose the default value.
- Enable/Disable Field Properties: Configure field properties as required.
- Click Save.
