How do I add custom titles to a contact record?

Follow these steps to add custom title to a contact record:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the User Profile icon on the right side of the screen.
  3. Select Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Navigate to Module Management > Module Layouts & Fields.
  5. From the module drop-down, select Contacts (the module to which you want to add the custom title).
  6. In the Detail View Layout, click the Edit icon next to Title (Picklist). The Edit Field Properties window opens.
  7. Enter or select the following information:
    1. Field Type: Choose the desired field type.
    2. Label Name: Enter the label name.
    3. Picklist Type: Select the appropriate picklist type.
    4. Default Value: Choose the default value.
    5. Enable/Disable Field Properties: Configure field properties as required.
  8. Click Save.
