Why am I unable to duplicate the Deal in Vtiger?

The most frequent reason is that the Duplicate Prevention feature is enabled for the Deals module, and the new (duplicated) record matches the criteria set for an existing record.
  • When you duplicate a Deal, the new record is created with the exact same Deal Name as the original.
  • If your system administrator has set a rule to prevent duplicates based on the Deal Name, the duplication process will be blocked.
