  • For Sales Reps: They can track their pipeline in real time, compare progress against goals or peers, and access relevant records via My Dashboard and widgets.
  • For Sales Managers: They can monitor team performance through the Sales Leaderboard, My Sales Dashboard, and widgets, identify top performers, and focus on areas needing attention.
Note: Sales Leaderboard and My Sales Dashboard are available only for managers with subordinate users reporting to them.
