Can I view the Tracker name in Live Chat Transcript records?

Yes, the Tracker name is stored in Live Chat Transcript records. If you are using multiple trackers in Websense, the Tracker field in the Transcript record will display the name of the tracker from which the chat originated.
This is useful when you have installed trackers on different websites and want to identify the source of each chat.
