How to delete an internal ticket?

You can delete an internal ticket either individually or in bulk.

Follow below steps to delete an Internal Ticket records:
  1. Select the ticket(s) from the list view for deletion.
  2. Click on Delete icon
  3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to delete the tickets permanently.
Alternatively, you can delete an internal ticket record from detail view. Click on More > Delete
