How to enable notifications on internal tickets?

Notification is triggered based on the Smart reminders set on Internal Ticket.

Follow these steps to enable notifications :
  1. Click on the bell icon.
  2. Go to Settings on the top right corner.
  3. Click on Internal ticket.
  4. Enable the notifications.
