What actions can I perform on a deal?

You can perform the following actions by clicking the More icon displayed beside the deal name:
  1. Follow the deal
  2. View followers of the deal
  3. Add a tag to the deal
  4. Print deal
  5. Duplicate the deal
  6. Delete the deal
Note: You can delete a deal only if you have administrative privileges.

Here are other actions you can perform from a deal’s header section:
  • Clicking the +New button displays the following three options: 
    • Reach out now: Use this option to reach out to a customer instantly by email, call, or SMS, or to log a meeting you had with a customer.
    • Reach out later: This option allows you to create and schedule events and tasks through the Quick Create window. 
    • Add or Create: Using this option, you can add or create different records.
