Can I set Deep Dive View as a default view to display and see my records?

Yes.

Follow these steps to set your default record view:
  1. Click your display picture located on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select My Preferences.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Scroll down to see the Vtiger usage preferences block.
  5. Select Detail from the Default record view picklist.
  6. Click Save.
