What is Least Loaded mode of auto-assignment?

When Least Loaded is the selected mode of assignment, then records are assigned to the member having the least number of open records.

For example, consider you have set up Least Loaded assignment on deals and selected two users - Alex and Suraj. If Alex has 10 open deals and Suraj has 15 open deals, then a new deal that is saved is assigned to Alex.
