Can I automatically assign leads to the right users and balance workload in Vtiger CRM?

Vtiger CRM allows you to configure Assignment Rules for automatic lead routing.  You can choose the Least Loaded option to assign leads to the user with the lightest workload, or the Round Robin option to distribute them in a predefined sequence.
