A campaign got canceled. How do I update it in the CRM?
You can simply update the Status
field to Canceled
in the CRM.
Follow these steps to mark a campaign as canceled:
- Click the Menu icon.
- Go to Marketing.
- Click Campaigns.
- Select and open the campaign that got canceled.
- Click Deep Dive.
- Look for the Campaign Status field.
- Select Canceled from the picklist.
- Click Save.
: Vtiger CRM provides the following statuses by default:
- In Progress
