A Marketing List is a selected list of leads, contacts, or organizations at whom you launch an email campaign. You can create or select an existing marketing list while creating an email campaign.
For example, you have a new product and you would like your prospective customers (leads) to know about its unique features. You first create an email campaign about your product. Then you create a marketing list of only your leads and use the list for your email campaign.
