How can I create a Timelog from the Cases Summary View?

Follow these steps to create a timelog from the Cases Summary View:

  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Go to the Essentials tab.
  3. Select the Cases module.
  4. Open the case you want to work on.
  5. Go to the Timelog block on the right side.
  6. Click the + icon.
  7. Enter all necessary details.
  8. Click the View full form button.
    • Enable the Is Billable radio button to make the timelog billable.
  9. Click Save.
This newly created timelog is linked to the case. It is visible in the Timelogs widget in the Summary View of the record.
