Follow these steps to create a timelog from the Cases Summary View:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to the Essentials tab.
- Select the Cases module.
- Open the case you want to work on.
- Go to the Timelog block on the right side.
- Click the + icon.
- Enter all necessary details.
- Click the View full form button.
- Enable the Is Billable radio button to make the timelog billable.
- Click Save.
This newly created timelog is linked to the case. It is visible in the Timelogs widget in the Summary View of the record.
