What happens when I change a task from billable to non-billable?

When time is logged for a task that is marked as billable, the Billable Time spent is the cumulative value of billable timelogs.
- If you decide to mark this task as non-billable, all related time logs are updated as non-billable.
- With this change, billable time spent is decremented by the total value of the updated time logs.
