Chat Insights helps team managers and supervisors get insights at a glance and find a way to improve the team’s performance.
Follow these steps to access Chat Insights:
  1. Login to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Select Help Desk.
  4. Select Chat Insights.
