How can I use filters in Chat Insights?

Follow these steps to use filters in Chat Insights:

  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to the Dashboard tab.
  3. Select Chat Insights under Dashboards.
  4. Click the date range shown on the top right side of the page.
  5. Select an option or enter a custom range.

  1. Click the Apply button.
  2. Click the Groups icon.
  3. Select the team.
  4. Click the Users icon.
  5. Select the agent.
  6. Click Apply.
