How do I create a Chat Group?

Follow these steps to create a Chat Group:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click Chat. The Chat window opens. 
  3. Click + Create Group.
  4. Enter the name of the group in the Group name field.
  5. Choose the users from the Members drop-down.
  6. Click Save.
