How do I edit a Chat group?

Follow these steps to create a Chat Group:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click Chat. The Chat module opens.
  3. Select the Group which you want to edit.
  4. To change the group's name, click Group Name, change the name and click Save.
  5. To add users, click the Members textbox and select from the drop-down.
  6. To remove users, click the cross next to the name.
  7. Click Save.
