How do I create a Zap between Vtiger and Google Contact using Zapier?

This sample shows how a Zap can be created between Vtiger CRM and an app.
Note: To create a Zap, you need to log in to your Zapier account.
Follow these steps to create a Zap:

Log in to your Zapier account.
Click MAKE a ZAP on the dashboard to create a Zap.
In this process, you’ve to set up two steps Trigger and Action. Trigger and Action are simple events that could be a ‘new email’ or a ‘new contact’.
Step 1: Trigger
1. Choose Trigger App.
  1. Let us choose Google Contact as the trigger app and New or Updated Contact as the trigger. So every time there is new contact created in Google Account, Zapier triggers an action to create a contact in Vtiger.
  2. Click Save + Continue.
2. Connect to your Google Contact.
  1. Click on Connect to your Google contact account that you would like to connect with Zapier.
  2. Log in and authorize the connection.
  3. Accept the terms & conditions to proceed.
3. Edit Options
  1. Set up the Google contacts group by choosing the available groups or use a custom value to pull the contact fields to Zapier.
  2. Click on Continue to proceed.
4. Test Google Contacts
  1. After you choose the group, Zapier automatically tests the Google Contacts.
  2. To re-test the Google Contacts, click on the rotate icon.
  3. Verify the details.
  4. Click Fetch and Continue.
  5. Once the test is successful, click Continue.
Step 2: Action
1. Choose Action App and Action
  1. Choose Vtiger CRM as the Action app and Create contact as the action.
  2. Click Save + Continue.

Connect Vtiger Account
1. Click on Connect to Vtiger accounts to connect with Zapier.
2. Enter information for the Domain Name, Username, and Access key of your Vtiger instance. You can fetch these details from the My Preferences page.
3. Click Yes, Continue.
Mapping a Google Contacts field to Vtiger Contacts
1. To decide what information from Google Contacts gets populated to Vtiger Contacts, you need to click on the Insert field next to each column field to map the fields.
2. Click Continue after you enter all the information.
Test the Zap
1. Click the Google Contact trigger to check whether the Zap you created works fine.
2. Click Test Zap with the sample to review the sample.
3. Click Continue.
Name and turn the Zap ON
1. Give a name to your Zap.
2. Click Turn Zap On to activate the Zap.

After you create a Google Contact, run the Zap. To populate the contact created from Google Contacts to Vtiger Contacts, click Run.
