How do I unlink an connection record?

Follow these steps to unlink a Connection record:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Go to Essentials.
  3. Go to Lead & Contact Management > Contacts. The Contacts List View opens.
  4. Select a Contact record for which you want to unlink the Connection record.
  5. Go to the Connections tab from the Summary View of the respective record.
  6. Select the Unlink icon by hovering over the Connection record.
  7. Click Ok for the prompt that will be displayed.

The selected Connection record will be removed.
