How do I access and customize Audit Forms in the CRM?

Follow these steps to customize the Audit Form:
  1. Log in to the CRM. 
  2. Go to the Main Menu.
  3. Go to the Service desk > Quality Audit.
  4. Select Audit Forms.  The Audit Forms page opens.
  5. Click Settings. 
  6. Select Audit Forms Fields & Layout. The Module Layouts & Fields page opens.
  7. Enter or select the following details to customize the Audit Forms:
    1. Default View Layout 
    2. One View
