When a Lead record is deleted, it is moved to the
Recycle Bin module and remains there for
30 days. You can restore it anytime within this period.
Follow these steps to recover deleted Leads:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Tools.
- Click Data Management > Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin opens.
- Choose Leads from the List.
- The deleted Leads will be displayed.
- Select the Lead records you want to restore.
- Click Restore.
The restored Leads will be available again in the Leads module
