How do I enable email tracking for Organizations?

You can enable email tracking from the Email Settings page in Vtiger CRM.
Follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the Main Menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Email Settings under the Configurations tab.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Enable Email Tracking checkbox.
Note: Only users with admin privileges can perform the above actions.
