How can I set up a task delay?

Follow these steps to add a delay:
1. Go to Journey Templates.
2. Select a pipeline from the drop-down on the left.
3. Select a sales stage and click Add Activity.
4. Click Add Task.
5. Add task title and task dependency (under the Dependent on drop-down).
6. Enter the delay time in days or hours in the Delay By field.
7. Click Save.

Note: If you do not add a task under Dependent on, then the delay will be based on the completion of the previous stage.
